Claire Bensman - Hannibal High School

Hi, my name is Claire Bensman. I was born and raised in New Mexico and moved to Missouri in 1997 with my husband and two children. I came to work at the High School in September 1997.  Nursing has been in my life for 41 years and I have enjoyed every adventure it has brought me.  My experience include maternity, clinic and operating room orthopedics, operating room staff nurse/supervisor. 

Pansy Kolb - Hannibal Middle School

I started here in 2017. I have been a nurse for 40 years and retired from the hospital and came to the Middle School. I have been married to my husband Bill going on 47 years and have 2 grown boys and 1 grandson. Hobbies are quilting and fishing.

Stacy Mulford - A.D. Stowell

Hello, my name is Stacy Mulford. I have been a nurse for 16 years. I started working for Hannibal School District in 2015 as a Sub. I became the Nurse at Stowell in 2019. Working at Stowell has been an amazing experience. I love being here every day helping the children and educating them on their health. 

Alex Crane - Eugene Field

Hey there, my name is Alex Crane and I’m the school nurse at Eugene Field Elementary School. I have been a nurse for 7 years now, and the majority of it I have spent working on a specialities floor. I’m a mom to a baby girl, and 3 spoiled dogs. I’m very thankful for all of life’s opportunities and blessings, this job-being one! 

LaRhonda Behl - Mark Twain

Hi, my name is LaRhonda Behl, I currently work at Mark Twain Elementary School.  I earned my RN/BSN from Maryville University St. Louis MO.  This is my 10th year with the district, 26 years in nursing. I enjoy the work I do and work with an awesome team of school nurses. We strive to keep our students healthy so that they may be successful at school.  When not at school I enjoy vacationing with my family at the beach or in the mountains.

Marlee Thompson - Oakwood

Hi! My name is Marlee Thompson, and I am the nurse at Oakwood Elementary. I started here in August 2021 and previously worked at the hospital for 6 years in the ICU. I have lived in Hannibal my entire life and even attended Oakwood when I was a child, graduating from Hannibal High School in 2010. My husband and I raise our two boys on our little farm just outside Hannibal. I enjoy being outside and spending time with my family. I love what I do and I love being able to take care of your kiddos while they are at school!

Nichole Cox - Veterans

My name is Nicole Cox and I am happy to be the nurse at Veterans Elementary. I am married to my husband, Larry for 12 years now and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren that I am very proud of. I attained my ASN degree from HLGU and my BSN degree from Western Governors University. I have worked as a nurse for 13 years and as a school nurse for 5 of them.  I truly enjoy my job working with our kids and staff. Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

Lyndsay Parker - Early Childhood Center

Hello! My name is Lyndsay Parker and I have been the registered nurse for the Early Childhood Center since 2015. I am a wife, mom, and foster mom. My family lives on a small hobby farm where we enjoy our chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, horse, honeybees, cats, and dogs. I absolutely love what I do, and the students I have the privilege of working with. I feel very blessed to be taking care of your precious children while they are at school!

Lulu, my (Nurse Lyndsay) family’s goldendoodle, is a therapy dog who enjoys coming to work with me at the Early Childhood Center.
